Announcing the Physical Body DVDs...
How Almost Anyone Can Copy
These Unique Bodyweight Exercises
that Hindu Wrestlers Have Been Using
to Prepare for Combat for
Over 1,000 years
If you have a DVD player, you can finally see these
time-tested Hindu conditioning exercises
Dear Friend,
When nine out of ten people read about "ancient", "secret", or "lost" exercises, their minds clamp shut like a steel trap. That's understandable - they are leary of being burned by another "get-fit-quick" scheme.
In one sense, at least, they are absolutely right in feeling that way.
But if you're that one person in ten reading this with an open mind, then I guarantee these unique training DVDs are unlike anything you have seen before.
Here's proof that these unique workouts can
improve your conditioning:
Proof #1:
"Unbeatable World Champion Hindu Wrestler - The Great Gama"
Perhaps the best example of the effectiveness of these unique Hindu workouts is India’s most legendary wrestler, Gama the Great. Arguably the greatest wrestler in the last 100 years, the Great Gama proved time and time again to be virtually unbeatable in wrestling and in conditioning.
On December 10, 1910, he proved his training and conditioning was superior against the then current World Champion, Stalilaus Zbyszko. The two battled for so long that they had to pause the match until the following day.
The next day, Gama was ready for more. But Zbyszko never showed up.
Against Zbyszko, the 5’ 8” Gama was nearly fifty pounds smaller. Yet his incredible speed, strength and conditioning made up for his size disadvantage. It was Gama’s dedication to the Hindu training methods, the same training methods you will see in the Physical Body DVDs, that helped make him an unbeatable World Champion with strength and stamina that literally lasts for days.
Knowing how legendary Gama’s conditioning was, it’s not surprising that he also had a documented match that lasted for 2 hours and 20 minutes. And then another lasting nearly 3 hours. Throughout all these matches, his conditioning never failed him.
Proof #2:
"The World's Highest Level
Mixed Martial Artists and Grapplers"
The exercises that were used in India nearly 100 years ago by the Great Gama are so effective that they are still being used by the highest level grapplers and mixed martial artists today.
Take, for example, the Judo legend Kimura. Many believe he is the greatest Judoka to ever live. Well, did you know that he performed several hundred repetitions of bodyweight exercises every day?
Even if you already knew that, you may not have realized that many of these exercises came directly from the Hindu wrestler training of India.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu legend Rickson Gracie also utilizes and teaches some of the Hindu training exercises.
Rickson is known for using a lot of Yoga in his daily routines. The same, or very similar, exercises that Rickson performed on the beach in his Choke documentary, are shown by the Indian wrestlers in the Physical Body DVDs.
Former UFC champion Frank Shamrock, who is known for his incredible conditioning, also uses and teaches some of the Hindu exercises, or ones very similar.
And the long list of top level combat athletes that still use this style of training today does not stop with Rickson Gracie and Frank Shamrock.
By now you can see that the Hindu conditioning and training must work. Otherwise, the best conditioned combat athletes today wouldn’t still be using them.
Proof #3:
"Perhaps the Most Important Exercise for Combat"
Bridging exercises have become some of the most widely used exercises for combat athletes of all different backgrounds. Wrestlers, grapplers, submission fighters, mixed martial artists, and fighters of countless other disciplines now use the same bridging exercises first used by the Hindu wrestlers.
Rickson and Shamrock use them.
Pride Heavyweight Champion, Fedor Emelianenko, uses bridging exercises such as “kicking over from a bridge”.
And even Mike Tyson used bridging exercises in his training.
The bridging exercises that are now performed by almost every successful combat athlete in the world, including Rickson, Fedor, Shamrock and Mike Tyson, are shown – in their un-watered down versions – in the Physical Body DVDs.
You will see exactly how the Hindu wrestlers perform many basic and advanced variations of bridging. You’ll also see how they use bridging in their daily routines. And you’ll be blown away by the strength and flexibility that they achieve from these exercises.
It’s amazing just how widely the Hindu training has spread. Many people are using Hindu exercises without even realizing it. And hopefully, you’re beginning to see that these exercises are being used over and over again. And for one very good reason… they actually work!
Warning: This treasure trove of Hindu conditioning, wrestling and training footage is not for everyone.
If you’re thinking the Physical Body DVDs are just another version of the same thing you have already seen over and over, then think again. This is the first time the Hindu wrestler’s real conditioning workouts have been put on DVD and shown in this way.
In fact, you need to know right now that the Physical Body DVDs are not fitness or instructional DVDs at all. They are something quite different and special. At no other time in history could this training knowledge come to you so effortlessly and easily. Let me explain…
The creator of these unique DVDs, Vince Giordano, traveled directly into Northern India and captured onto DVD the heart and soul of the intense training routines of the Indian wrestlers. This raw training footage captures the exercises and training that has been used for over 1,000 years to prepare Indian wrestlers for the rigors of combat.
100% of the footage is "live". So you won’t see anything that is watered down. You won't get someone's opinion of what the Indian wrestlers do on a day to day basis. You get to see, hear and experience the actual training first hand, at full speed, without any interruptions.
The Physical Body DVDs are Not Your Typical Boring Fitness Instructionals
Even though the Physical Body DVDs are not really instructional in nature, you’ll see exactly how, when and why the Hindu wrestlers perform their routines.
You will see a series of very special bodyweight exercises that nearly anyone can use, especially if you are a grapplers or fighter. You’ll see several variations of exercises with explanations of the differences. Some of these variations most people have never seen before.
In addition to the bodyweight exercises, you’ll get a chance to see other specialized conditioning drills including rope climbing, wheelbarrow walking, and buddy carries. These drills are truly “time-tested”. You will still see combat athletes using these old-school drills when training today.
As a bonus, you will also see several exercises that use very distinct Indian equipment. While you may not have this equipment at home, just seeing this training is priceless.
You’ll notice right away how the Indian wrestlers make all of their exercises circular. This is the exact opposite of what you see in most modern gyms today. You will see how this circular training helps give the Indian wrestlers very fluid movements and strength from all angles.
Example of What You'll Learn
Here are a few examples of the powerful training you’ll learn in the DVDs…
- The fitness routines passed down by gurus for rigorous health and energy
- How to build the strength and stamina for wrestling matches that may last an hour or longer
- A headstand flip that teaches a wrestler to twist or rotate to escape an opponents move
- Basic and advanced rope climbing exercises (some of these you haven’t seen before)
- Many variations of dynamic gymnastic and yoga-like bodyweight exercises that have been passed down and taught to some of the most well-conditioned combat athletes in the world
- Many conditioning exercises that are still great for combat including wheelbarrow walks, bridging, and much more
- How the Indian wrestlers achieve incredible flexibility through active callisthenic drills
- Advanced bridging exercises that build tremendous core and neck strength and almost unbelievable flexibility
- How to structure your workouts when they consist of 100’s of repetitions
And remember, these are the proven, real-life training techniques actually used by wrestlers, mixed martial artists, Muay Thai boxers and many other fighters. So they can work for you.
The daily workouts themselves are broken down, highlighted and explained. The DVDs reveal, clear as day, the original combative conditioning model, which makes it very easy to apply many of the same exercises in your everyday workouts. The person who really wants to copy these routines won’t have a problem.
You Don’t Need to Be a Hindu Wrestler to Use Their Conditioning Methods
When you watch the Physical Body DVDs for the first time, you will immediately notice that the Indian wrestlers are surprisingly ordinary people. They are, however, very dedicated and they know how to train exceedingly well.
You’ll find that although the DVDs are filled with a ton of exercises and techniques, the underlying training principles are actually quite simple.
And that’s what really separates the Hindu conditioning from everyone else. They are simple that basically anyone can start in with the same basic training right away.
And that’s precisely what you can pull from the Physical Body DVDs.
The training you'll see first hand in the Physical Body DVDs is not easy. You probably won’t be able to workout with the same intensely or as long as the Indian wrestlers do on your first day. After all, the Hindu wrestlers are phenomenally conditioned athletes. But anyone who uses the same conditioning and training techniques can, very realistically, achieve the same results.
